Hello there!

I am Sarah, the owner of The Tipsy Trailer. I have over 20 years in the food and bev industry, but even more I LOVE ALL THINGS FOOD & DRINK. It is what I think about, read about, and watch on TV. Some of my friends joke that I could be eating lunch and talking about what I want to make for dinner. This is true.

As evidenced above, I have two adorable pups, Payton and Nala. I spend most of my time hiking, biking, camping, & snowboarding in Colorado (mostly with them and my husband). I also REALLY love to travel. You can typically find me outside or celebrating SOMETHING (any reason to celebrate, right?) with a glass of bubbles. I am a sucker for a good old fashioned or margarita and local, seasonal food enjoyed with those I love.

One of the things that really inspires me is the access we have to homegrown produce (and wine!) in our quaint town of Palisade, Colorado. Nothing makes me feel more fulfilled than enjoying a meal curated from my backyard, or the farm stand across the street, and a glass of wine made around the corner.
