The Tipsy Tap--Progress!

We are making progress on our new tap trailer! She has been sandblasted, painted, electric has been rewired, and the snazzy cabinet has been made and stained. We are in the process of setting up the tap system. She will feature two brass towers each with two taps for a total of FOUR taps! This will be really nice for those of you who choose to have both beer and wine, or even sparkling, on tap at once. I, personally, can’t wait to have some Sauvage Spectrum Sparklet on tap! Sounds like a lovely afternoon in the sun, just pouring bubbles without a care in the world….
